Ayong Canada Immigration Consulting Services collects personal information that you voluntarily provide when booking consultations, submitting contact forms, or uploading documents. This includes your name, email address, phone number, and any immigration-related documents you share with us. We collect this information solely to provide immigration consulting services.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used to: schedule and manage your consultation appointments; communicate with you regarding your immigration case; process payments for services rendered; send appointment confirmations and reminders; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., payment processors). All third-party service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
4. Document Security
Immigration documents you upload are stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Access is strictly limited to Elias Ayong and authorized staff directly involved in your case. Documents are retained only for the duration necessary to complete your immigration matter and are securely deleted thereafter.
5. Your Rights

Terms of Service
1. Services
Ayong Canada Immigration Consulting Services provides immigration consulting services by Elias Ayong, RCIC-IRB, a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Our services are governed by the CICC Code of Professional Conduct.
2. Consultation Fees & Payments
Consultation fees are payable at the time of booking. All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Service fees for full application assistance are outlined in a separate Retainer Agreement signed prior to commencing work.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. For full application services, refund terms are specified in the Retainer Agreement. Government filing fees are non-refundable once submitted.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
While Elias Ayong provides expert guidance and representation, immigration decisions are made solely by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB). We cannot guarantee the outcome of any immigration application. Our commitment is to provide competent, honest, and diligent representation.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Providing false or misleading information to IRCC is a serious offence. Clients must promptly provide requested documents and respond to communications. Delays caused by the client may affect application timelines.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with CICC's complaint resolution process before pursuing other legal remedies.
